Nothing on this website is a binding contract for tree service or construction work. Prices, scopes, timelines, and any specific commitments are documented in a written estimate or contract we provide for your specific job. If anything on the website appears to conflict with what is in your signed estimate or contract, the signed document controls.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, the Timber name, and the overall design, is owned by Timber Tree and Construction LLC or used with permission. You can read, share, and link to our pages. You cannot copy, republish, or modify our content for commercial use without our written permission.

Photos of Our Work

Many of the project photos on this site are of jobs we completed for actual customers. We do our best to get permission before publishing identifiable images. If you see a photo of your property that you would prefer we remove, email [email protected] and we will take it down promptly.

User-Submitted Content

If you send us photos, videos, reviews, or other content through our forms, email, text, or social media, you give Timber permission to use that content to do your job and, where appropriate, to share on our website or social media. We will not publish customer photos for marketing purposes if you ask us not to. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share anything you send us.

Our maximum liability related to this website is one hundred dollars. This limitation does not apply to the work we contract to perform on your property, which is governed separately.
