Timber takes on remodels of every size across Whatcom and Skagit County.
Kitchen remodels. Full gut and redesign, layout changes, new cabinets and counters, island additions, opening walls to the living room. The most common remodel we do and the one that changes how your home actually lives.
Bathroom remodels. Master baths, hall baths, powder rooms. Tile shower builds, soaking tubs, double vanities, layout changes, wet rooms. Bathrooms have more moving parts than they look. We do them right the first time so you are not chasing leaks two years later.
Additions. Bedrooms, primary suites, family rooms, mudrooms, second stories. Adding square footage when moving is not the right answer. We tie the addition into the existing home so it looks like it has always been there.
Whole-home remodels. Older homes in Bellingham, Ferndale, and Lynden that need everything: kitchen, baths, flooring, windows, electrical, plumbing, sometimes the roof. We sequence the work so the home stays habitable when possible.

1. Walkthrough. Dylan or Taylor comes to your home, looks at the space, and listens to what you actually want. No high-pressure sales meeting. No designer fee to even talk to us.
2. Scope and budget. We put together a real scope of work with a real price. If your budget and your wish list do not match, we say so up front and help you decide where to spend and where to save. No surprises six weeks into the job.
3. Design and selections. For kitchens and baths especially, the selections matter: cabinets, counters, tile, fixtures, paint. We guide you to local suppliers we trust so you are not making 200 decisions alone on a website.
4. Permits. Whatcom County, Skagit County, and the cities of Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, Mount Vernon, and Anacortes all have their own remodel permit process. We pull every permit and pass every inspection.
5. Fixed schedule. Before we start, you get a written schedule with real dates. Demo starts here. Cabinets land here. Tile starts here. Final walk here. Most of our remodels finish on or ahead of schedule because we control our own crew.
6. Daily cleanup. Every crew leaves your home cleaner than they found it. Dust walls go up. Floors get protected. You do not come home to chaos every night for three months.
7. Final walk-through. You and Dylan or Taylor walk the finished space together. Anything not right gets fixed before we call it done.
